The green buttons below are links to the official condominium documents as recorded in the Essex County property records. Only one amendment has been adopted and the orange button provides a summary of the changes effected.
A Blanket Right of First Refusal (ROFR) Waiver was adopted by the Trustees on October 15th, 2025. This was done in conjunction with the sale of Unit 38T, when the title search could not locate the Waiver for the purchase of the owners in 2018. The Trustees acted to waive ROFR for all prior sales of Thorwald Condominium sales as of that date.
