Send Message to Trustees – Use this form to send a question, comment, or request to the Trustees
Using this form to ask questions, make requests, or provide information to the Trustees provides a written record and tracking capability, assuring a timely response if one is needed.
An owner may not sell his or her unit until first offering it for purchase by the Thorwald Condominium Trustees on the same basis. This Right of First Refusal may be waived by action of the Trustees, but also expires thirty (30) days after submission of this form if the Trustees take no action.
Online Exterior Change Request (2024) – Application for approval of a change to the exterior of a condominium unit
Condominium rules and regulations require that any changes to the exterior of a unit be approved in advance by the Trustees. This form is provided for that purpose. A $100/day fine may be imposed on a unit owner who begins any exterior modification without approval.
Owner Information Form (2024) – Provides information about Thorwald Unit Owners, including their preferred contact method and mailing address, as well as when their unit is occupied and whether by owner, renter, and/or family and friends.
This form should be submitted whenever any information about the owner and the unit occupancy changes.
Online Renter Form (2024) – Provides information about residents occupying a unit under rental agreement
Owners who have agreed to rent their unit must provide the information necessary for the Trustees to assure rules are being followed and to render aid to the occupants should they need it. Note that the condominium documents give the Trustees right of first refusal for rentals longer than one year in term.
Resident Information Form (2024) – Provides information about non-owner residents who are not under a rental agreement.
Owners who have authorized friends or family to occupy their unit when they are not at Thorwald must provide information on the residents that will assure their acceptance at the condominium and to provide assistance should they need it during their stay. The owner may submit multiple forms if more than one set of occupants is authorized.
Report Owner Insurance (2024) – Provides information about owner’s individual unit insurance coverage, as required by the Thorwald Condominium Declaration
